Thursday, March 23rd - ride on your own
6:30-9:00 PM – Welcome Reception

Team Moyer is delighted to once again host CTW. They hope you will stop by for food, fun and fellowship. You will have a chance to visit with old friends as well as make new friends. You do not want to miss the kick -off to a great weekend of riding.

(This street will have minimal car traffic but please be aware of cars needing to pass. Do not block the street.)
*Coldspring Courthouse Square – Trade Day – featuring local vendors with Homemade - Handmade -Homegrown. Stroll through before or after lunch.
Family-owned and operated, Teysha Vineyard is the perfect relaxing destination to enjoy 100% Texas wines. Owners Joe and Lynn started this vineyard with one goal: to share the best Texas wines with the community in a venue that made everyone feel at home.
Allow 25-30 minutes to drive there from Coldspring. Light hors d'oeuvres and finger foods, water and soft drinks (please do not bring alcoholic beverages to the venue) Please drink responsibly.
Sunday, March 26th - Breakfast - Single track tandem and road riding
7:30 - 8:30 AM - Texas Waffles at the campground - Site 42
9:00 AM - Single Track and Road Ride
What you need to know:
The registration fee includes pancake/waffle breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, Saturday lunch, SAG, rest stops, hors d'oeuvres Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, a wine tasting, scouted routes, riders’ insurance, facility and equipment rental and other misc. items. You'll be on your own for lunch on Friday and dinners on Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Routes are posted on the Team HOTT Ride-with-GPS page. All of the route names start with 'CTW'.

Ride distances on Saturday will range from 33 -74-mile routes. There will be photo opportunities along the route as well as restrooms and convenience stores. We recommended you to pack snacks and plenty of water. SAG and rest stops will also have water.

Single track tandem riding might be new to you, but your hosts are pro’s and would love to share a local trail with you!

PARKING AT DOUBLE LAKE- if you are staying at a campsite at Double Lake please ride your bike or walk to the campsite social, breakfast or rides starting at DL Trailhead. If the parking lot is full you can park on either side of FS 210A (the road leading to the trail head and RV loop). Please park with traffic flow whichever side you are on. The Double Lake Recreation Area's entrance fee is being waived for this event.

Please come with your tandem in good mechanical condition.

House of Tandems will be available for roadside mechanical assistance (SAG) on Friday and Saturday (see back of name badge for contact info). If you have a medical emergency please call 911.

Team HOTT, Inc COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
Team HOTT Inc. is committed to providing an event that is safe and fun for all riders. Each rider will be required to follow Team HOTT’s Safety Guidelines. Our guidelines follow CDC as well as LAB recommendations. All participants will be required to sign a waiver and rider agreement at time of registration to the outlined requirements and guidelines.
Guidelines and expectations
- If you have symptoms, tested positive or if you had close contact with someone in last 10 days of this event, we ask that you not attend.
- Proper hand washing or frequent use of hand sanitizer
- No drafting – USA Cycling recommends 20 feet behind the team in front of you.
- There will be restroom options along the road ride route (Convenience stores and fun photo opportunities).
